Notwithstanding any other provision of this User Agreement, we will be liable to you without limit for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence and to the extent that liability arises under Part 1 or section 41 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and for liability arising from statements made fraudulently by us.

This User Agreement is governed by English law and any dispute connected with this agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in this User Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery Information.
If we receive your order by 15.30 we will aim to have it collected that day for next working day delivery.
If you require additional services such as by 9, by 10 or by 12, these can usually be arranged at extra cost.
The £5 shipping only applies to the UK.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We only want satisfied customers which is why we only sell Peli Products.
The warranty is for life, so if by any unusual chance you need to get a case or torch repaired - contact us and we will arrange it as quickly as possible.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy is covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which enable a customer to return unwanted goods within seven days. We also want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. So if you have any issues with the goods, please write, call or email and let us resolve the issue.
